The 2nd and final reading of ORDINANCE 14-221-O (originally scheduled to be heard on September 1, 2014) has been rescheduled to be heard on September 8, 2014 at 6:00 pm in the Board Room at Madisonville City Hall. This ordinance is a proposed rezoning of two lots located on Hicks Street in Madisonville, Tennessee from C1 and C3 (Commercial Districts) to R2 (High Density Residential). NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations as made, provided for and/or secured in a Deed of Trust executed by JAY K. MOORE, to Larry L. Hicks, Trustee, dated July 31, 2008, and recorded in Trust Deed Book U-26, page 489 in the Register’s Office for Monroe County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable and payment not having been made as demanded.
