Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Tenn. Revised Statutes, Section 66-31-101 and 66-31-105, that Lee Mini-Warehouse having given notice to the parties of the lockers herein stated, at their last known addresses, of the storage charges plus other fees now due, and that unless said charges are paid in full, shall be sold at public auction to be held at Lee Mini-Warehouses on Hwy 411 S in Madisonville and on Industrial Park Drive in Sweetwater. Sales will be Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 11:00 AM in Sweetwater.

Sweetwater Board of Education
The Sweetwater Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, August 18 and at 7OO p.m. on Tuesday, August 19 to interview candidates for the position of Director of Schools.
The Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25 to select a Director of Schools.
All meetings will take place in the Sweetwater City Schools Administration Building.

The 2nd and final reading of ORDINANCE 14-221-O will take place on September 1, 2014 at 6:0o pm in the Board Room at Madisonville City Hall. The ordinance is a proposed rezoning of two lots located on Hicks Street from C1 and C3 (Commercial Districts) to R2 (High Density Residential). The lots are identified on Monroe County Tax Map 067-D, Group-J, as Parcel 013.00 and 014.00.’
