NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations as made, provided for and/or secured in a Deed of Trust executed by DENNIS L. DEVANEY and wife, VICKIE L. DEVANEY, to Larry L. Hicks, Trustee, dated August 28, 2009, and recorded in Trust Deed Book C-28, page 1 in the Register’s Office for Monroe County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable and payment not having been made as demanded. Vickie L. Devaney joins in this Deed of Trust to convey any interest that she might have in said real estate as a result of her marriage to Dennis L. Devaney.
